Anne and I purchased our unit in Talanguera Townhomes in 2012 and we love it as much as the first day we saw it. The construction is of superior quality even by North American standards and the design is second to none in the area. You simply won’t find anything else like this project anywhere in or around San Juan Del Sur. We only wish we could live in it year round!

The beauty of this project is in the details. The large doors and transoms are designed to catch the prevailing breeze so we rarely have to use the A/C. We love cooking in the spacious kitchen and entertaining in the open concept living and dining room area. When hanging out by the pool you can escape to the grotto if you need to get out of the sun and the garden is always meticulously groomed.

We are very happy with our place in Talanguera Townhomes, and if we could turn back the clock, we’d buy it all over again!
